When the data (design, code, test cases) developed by the developer reaches a certain stable state (such as the completion of basic function development, the first round of test pass, etc.) and passes the corresponding test and review, the data is transferred to controlled The library performs relatively strict management and marks the data version (baseline) of the inbound on the controlled library.
If you make changes to the data in the controlled library, you need to extract the data into a special change library, and then need to submit the corresponding change request according to different types of changes (design changes, software bugs, demand changes). After the change is completed, the changed content of the test is returned to the controlled library.
