Taste Partners with Coveris to Launch Health and Convenience Packaging

[Chinese Packaging News] Taste Foods has launched its first batch of ready-to-eat chicken slices this year, and together with Coveris has developed a convenient packaging solution to cope with the growing trend of healthy foods.

Taste barbecue chicken pieces can be purchased separately and can be used as a "fridge-filled" multi-function bag, consisting of five separate packages. For convenience, the designer treats the chicken pieces as snacks or food supplements. The package is shipped with the product to provide superior quality, practicality, and shorter shelf life, while reducing food waste. The refrigerator packing bag is easy to tear and easy to separate.

Taste packaging is manufactured using the latest thin film technology developed by Gesley's extrusion equipment in Winsford and provides excellent sealing strength and package integrity. The film was transformed on Gaisborough's Gainsborough website and used high-resolution flexographic printing to uniquely represent Taste's weird brand.

Taste's 100% Chargrilled Chicken Fillets were recently nominated for the finalists in the World Food Innovation Awards 2017 Best Food Concept and Best Snack Innovation category.
