use:

BOPP is the most commonly used packaging surface material, especially when the packaging requirements are not very high. The commonly used thickness is 18 ~ 48μm. Second, BOPA

3. BOPET

Biaxially oriented polyester film, density 1.4 g / cm3, flammable, there is a lot of black smoke when burning, and it will produce black fragments and smell of benzene.

Main performance:

1. High mechanical strength, strong strength and good impact resistance.

2. Good heat resistance and cold resistance, high temperature 240 ℃ is still stable.

3. Good oil resistance, excellent acid resistance and poor alkali resistance.

4. The oxygen and water vapor transmission rate is small, and the fragrance retention performance is excellent.

5. Good transparency to prevent poor UV transmission.

The main purpose:

Commonly used for making cooking bags and vacuum aluminum plating substrates, packaging light and heavy packaging such as broth, frozen food, rice cakes or tea.

4. PVC

Polyvinyl chloride film, density 1.39 g / cm3, transparent, flame-retardant, extinguishes immediately after fire, with pungent hydrochloric acid smell. It is divided into three categories: hard, semi-hard, and soft, which are distinguished by the content of plasticizer in the material. At present, most of them are kinked PVC and shrinkable PVC.

KOP has both the performance of OPP and the advantages of PVDC, excellent oxygen barrier and moisture barrier, and good chemical resistance. It has good permeability to prevent odors, and is often used for packaging light-weight packaging such as ham, sausage, fish and other foods containing protein and fat, and moon cakes.

8. PT

Cellophane, or cellulose film, also known as hydrated cellulose film, is a non-thermoplastic film. It is divided into three categories: ordinary cellophane, moisture-proof cellophane and plastic-coated cellophane.

Specific categories:

1. PT, ordinary cellophane (untreated, transparent)

2. WST, double-sided moisture-proof cellophane.

3. MT, moisture-proof on both sides, no heat-sealing cellophane.

Nine, PE

Polyethylene film, a film produced by blown film and casting process. Polyethylene prints have the common advantages of gravure prints, such as: excellent color reproduction, higher production efficiency, higher durability and relatively low processing costs; but surface printing films are not as bright as inline printing. Beautiful, bright colors, no fading, no fading, moisture-proof and wear-resistant, firm and practical, long shelf life, no adhesion, no cracking; and because the film ink printed on the inside is printed on the inside of the film (after compounding, the ink layer is sandwiched between Between two layers of film), it will not contaminate the packaging, and it is more in line with food hygiene requirements. Main performance:

Ten, aluminum foil

Aluminum foil is foil paper made by rolling aluminum. Aluminum foil has metallic luster, good light shielding, and high reflectivity to heat and light. Metallic luster and reflection ability can improve the brightness of printed colors; good isolation, strong protection, air-impermeable body and water vapor, prevent the contents from absorbing moisture and vaporization, and not easy to be attacked by bacteria and insects; good shape stability, not subject to Effects of humidity changes. Easy to process, printing, embossing and surface coating on aluminum foil. However, aluminum foil can not be stressed, there is no sealing property, there are pinholes and easy to wrinkle, etc., so it is generally not used alone, usually processed into a composite material with paper and plastic film, which overcomes the shortcomings of no sealing property and isolates Sex and other advantages have also been fully utilized.

Aluminum foil has strong barrier property and poor absorption. The pressure makes the printing plate and aluminum foil surface contact with the largest area and force the ink to adhere. Among the current packaging substrates, aluminum foil has the best barrier properties.
