1, meaning

Shaqima is a common specialty cake. It is made from flour, eggs, sugar, nuts and other raw materials. 2. Test basis

The test method for oxygen transmission rate of soft plastic packaging materials is mainly divided into two methods: differential pressure method and equal pressure method. 4.1 Principle of the test

The so-called equal pressure method refers to a method in which the gas pressure on both sides of the sample is always consistent during the test. The sample side is filled with carrier gas high-purity nitrogen gas, and the other side is test gas high-purity oxygen. Under the action of oxygen, oxygen will penetrate into the high-purity nitrogen side through the sample, and will be carried by nitrogen to the Coulomb sensor for testing and analysis, thereby obtaining relevant parameters such as oxygen permeability of the sample.

5, the test process

(1) After testing the thickness of the sample, it was placed in a desiccator for 48 h.

(2) Use a special sampler to cut 3 pieces of the sample from the surface of the sample.

(3) Apply a layer of vacuum grease around the test chamber of the equipment, clamp the specimens on the three test chambers of the equipment, remove the air bubbles between the sample and the test chamber, and fix the venting chamber cover to ensure the seal of the test chamber. Good sex.

(4) Set the sample name, sample thickness, test temperature, test humidity, test mode and other parameters information, click the test option, the test begins. Turn on the air supply and adjust the air supply pressure to bring the humidity in the test chamber to the set value.

6, test results

The oxygen transmission rates of the three samples tested in this paper were 55.31 cm3/(m2·d), 58.07 cm3/(m2·d), and 57.65 cm3/(m2·d), respectively. The value as the oxygen transmission rate of the sample was 57.01 cm3/(m2·d).

7. Conclusion

The oxygen transmission rate has an important influence on the quality of Shaqima during the shelf life.
