In order to let the children receive a better education, the three sisters are all studying in the primary school in the new village, and the whole life is taken care of by the grandmother. Two months later, Liang Jinmei’s parents will return from their hometown after they have finished the tree, and will work in the Xincun Park to take care of a young and old. It is understood that in December 2015, the construction of a new round of ex situ poverty alleviation resettlement sites in Guizhou Province was started, and the resettlement site of Mingtian New Village in Huishui County of Weinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture started construction on the same day. The resettlement plan will build 1,274 sets of resettlement houses, which can solve the housing needs of 1095 households with 4,684 people moving, including 3,115 poor people. The exit point involves 58 villages (natural villages) in 28 villages (streets). At present, 1,095 sets of resettlement sites have been completed, 586 households with 2,461 persons have been relocated, and 22 natural villages have been relocated.
