If the color-matching pattern is matched by the left and right side-by-side positions, the direction of the printing plate on the machine should be consistent with the direction of ink delivery; The position of the above two colors is matched, and the direction of the plate on the machine table should be in the shape of a cross with the direction of ink transmission. The printing house has multiple pieces of printing, and all plates should be in this direction. Because the inks of different colors must be discharged side by side in the ink fountain, only the printing plate can adapt to this objective condition, and the purpose of color matching printing can be achieved.

Second, the basic requirements of multi-version

Since the color-matching pattern has a problem of the printing direction, in the case of the joint-stacking version, it is possible to put the multi-version into a head-to-head-to-foot approach, and try to put the same color on the two plates in the connected position. . You can combine two small ink fountains into one when printing. For example, four plates are combined into a rectangular printed version, each with a corner, and divided into two pairs in a head-to-head fashion. Thus, one ink baffle can be used less at the time of printing. The ink fountain is cut into three sections, and the ink loading form is: deep, shallow, shallow and deep. If the plates are to be joined together, the ink fountain should be divided into 4 segments, and the ink loading form is: deep-shallow-deep-light. In this way, not only an ink baffle is used, but also it is not conducive to loading ink, and is not conducive to controlling the mixing of the ink. If you print in the second edition, you can also put the edition into a half-face like the fourth edition, and the two editions are placed in one printing position. This can save one ink baffle and make the two versions of the mixed effect consistent. In order to facilitate printing, the sheet can be cut into a four-page paper area and printed in an inverted manner.
