Water Playground General Specifications ï‚· 1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for aquatic amusement facilities.
This standard applies to all types of water slides (hereinafter referred to as slides), recreational pools, cruise ships and other types of water amusement facilities.
This standard does not apply to boats with more than 6 passengers and special personnel for sightseeing and transportation. This standard does not apply to sports equipment such as rowing boats and windsurfing boards.
This standard does not apply to racing pools.
2 Reference standards
The provisions contained in the following standards are incorporated into this standard and constitute the provisions of this standard. At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. All standards will be revised and all parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards.

3 Technical requirements

3.1 Basic requirements
3.1.1 The design, manufacture, construction, installation and use of water amusement facilities shall comply with the relevant provisions of this standard and GB 8408.
3.1.2 Water amusement facilities must be operating normally without any abnormalities.
3.1.3 The rated load is calculated as 70kg per person.
3.1.4 Parts that are frequently in contact with water should be protected against rust or by rust prevention.
3.1.5 Important parts and their connections should be solid and reliable.
3.1.6 The material of important parts must have a factory certificate, otherwise it should be sampled and tested.
3.1.7 All kinds of yachts, bumper boats and speedboats must be restricted to running in different waters and must not be mixed together.
3.1.8 The standard electromechanical products should be selected reasonably and should have product certification; non-standard electromechanical products must be inspected by the quality inspection department before they can be used.
3.1.9 Water rides should be equipped with adequate life-saving personnel and life-saving equipment. And set up a high lifeguard whistle. Life-saving appliances should use products with inspection marks.
3.1.10 bolt and pin connection (a) When parts are bolted, measures should be taken to prevent loosening;
(b) When parts are connected by pins, measures must be taken to prevent them from falling off.
3.1.11 welded connection
(a) Welding rods for manual welding shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5117, GB/T 5118 and GB/T 983;
(b) The basic form and dimensions of the welded joints are to comply with the provisions of GB/T985;
(c) Welds shall be free of defects such as missing welds, burn-throughs, cracks, porosity, slag inclusions, incomplete penetration, and severe undercuts (steel ships may not allow undercuts deeper than 0.5 mm). All welds and slag should be removed.
3.1.12 All exposed sharp edges, sharp corners, burrs and dangerous protrusions are not allowed where passengers may touch.
