Paper: Intaglio preprinted substrates must use coated white paper with good surface smoothness, strong printability, and stable moisture content (6%-7%). Imported coated cattle card and domestic gray-white board can meet the requirements. High-grade colored corrugated box with paper requirements. Finland's M-Real Forestry Corporation is known worldwide for its production of high-quality coated cardboard, and 185g of recoated cardboard has been used on domestic preprinting machines. The width of the domestic paper concave machine is generally designed to be 1.20-2.50 meters, 1.30 meters and 1.60 meters are more common. Its main control mechanism is the photoelectric eye. At present, cross-cutting machine manufacturers at home and abroad can install photoelectric eye identification devices for carton factories with accuracy within 1mm.
