1) Defoaming

Before applying the crystal glue, it is very important to eliminate the bubbles in the crystal glue, otherwise the bubbles in the glue layer will affect the crystal effect, which will cause serious waste. The method of eliminating air bubbles is to mix the A and B components in proportion according to the manufacturer's requirements according to the dosage. 2) Coating

Defoaming crystal glue can be used for coating. If it is a small-area sign, you can use the hand-coating method (dropping method) to inject the treated crystal glue into the needle tube, and then evenly instill it on the surface of the printed signboard so that it can be leveled naturally. The thickness of the instillation is generally 2mm. If a crystal sign having a thickness of more than 2mm is produced, it can be divided into two infusions; if it is a large-area sign, it is generally coated automatically by a coater, and the unit area is calculated by the computer when coating. The amount of crystal glue needed to control the coating height and edge effect. Regardless of manual instillation or automatic coating, the coating tool must be cleaned in time after applying the crystal glue, because the crystal glue is insoluble in any solvent after curing.
