New magnet device for removing scraper blades

Harper Scientific, a subsidiary of Harper, a global anilox roller supplier, has launched a Promag magnet assembly with a stand. The device can be hung in any size ink tank and on the ink blade to attract worn squeegee debris to prevent it from entering the ink. It is understood that such a high quality magnet device can be purchased with little investment. It can be extracted before the squeegee chips are circulated to the anilox roller and cause damage to the anilox roller. This can save a lot of the cost of replacing the anilox roller. The device is also easy to clean and maintain.
