Atem Launches Delta AR and Combi AR Series Feeders

Atem's Delta AR and Combi AR Series feeders are suitable for thermoplastics and are designed to avoid the installation of heavy, bulky equipment on the hopper of processing equipment. The power required to deliver the pellets is provided by the air pressure within the equipment network, rather than by the host-driven motor. The device mounted on the hopper has a small external appearance and is made of aluminum material, which is lightweight and easy to handle. At the same time, it can also be fixed at any position on the edge of the hopper with a single support.

The Delta AR device can be mounted on a wall and fed by the suction force generated by the Venturi. The straw can be inserted into a pellet bag or container and convey the inhaled material to the hopper. After the hopper is full, the special device automatically cuts off the feed. The series also includes models equipped with two suction tubes and two flow regulators, which can feed two materials (eg, pure material, recycled material, natural material, or pigment) at a preset ratio.

In addition to the pneumatic feeding system, the Combi AR feeder also includes a Supergringo series heater (removable heater, also directly into the hopper, dehumidifying the material) and a collecting box. At the same time, the machine is also equipped with a roller to facilitate the movement of equipment from the loading area to the processing equipment. With this structure, it is possible to avoid placing sacks or other containers beside the processing equipment and obstructing the passage. In this way, the material can be kept warm before the material is fed into the hopper, avoiding moisture in the feed area and causing production waste. In addition, higher flow rates are also guaranteed, which helps improve work efficiency and product quality.
