The imposition version is a prepress discipline with its own amount of information. In theory it is simple. However, in reality, it is quite complicated, and the layout is a bit like a jump-brows dance - it takes five minutes to learn life.
The markup map is the smallest component of the layout layer. Many markup diagrams produce layouts. Each mark consists of the front and back sides of the printed sheet. Prints of multiple pages that can be printed on a single sheet of paper constitute a number of signatures. Before you create the markup and make the imposition work, only a few print parameters need to be determined.
·What type of binding will be used?
How will the second side of the printed sheet be printed?
· What size paper will be used?
How will the printed pages be folded?
It is interesting to note that even some skilled professionals will not be able to distinguish between certain ways of double-sided printing on offset presses. For this reason, we will briefly explain here.
Most of the printed sheets on both sides of the print are printed on both sides of the printed sheet. Double-sided printing is a way. Double-sided printing requires a multi-unit printing unit with an operating device between the printing units. This facility can pull printed sheets onto the other side while allowing the remaining units to print the second side. This facility that can turn sheets around is called a perfecting press.
Another way to print the second side is through the handling of printed sheets. This means that the other side is printed after the first printing. The operator of the printing press takes the printed sheet back for printing on the other side, re-codes the sheet, and starts printing again.
Both (printing) methods require that the distribution of pages on the film be in the correct order so that when the paper is pulled out, the correct print is printed on the back. Not only should the pages have the correct ordering position, they must also be focused for a good impression on the back. The parameters used by the layout depend on the printer, the binding method, or the printer's parameters.
There are three ways to make layouts: flip, flip and print. The difference lies in how the printed sheets are processed after the first sheet is printed.
Self-turning and turning is the use of two sides of a printed sheet printed on the same plate. After the first side is printed, it is flipped and the face gripper remains stationary. This means that when on the second side, the paper is the same as the first side.
Rollover is similar to self-rotation, except that the first side of the printed sheet is printed, and the paper is not flipped but rolled. This means that the mouth of the paper is not on the same side of the paper.
Pros and cons of printing The pros and cons of printing mean that the second side of a page is printed with different plates. For pros and cons, you need two separate editions - one for each side.
The correct appearance of bleeding. Many print providers have different bleeding requirements. The control of bleeding is so important that you can change the number of impressions according to the kao specific printing requirements.
Binding method. The application supports wireless binding, saddle stitching and other common binding methods.
User-defined page margins and settings. When the correct reading of a book or document is restricted, the space between the two pages must be defined. Aggregating these blanks helps accommodate crawling like. Bottleneck status, such as plate layout and placement of sporadic leaflets on the mark diagram.
Climb. Creep changes based on paper thickness. It is possible that each job has different crawling characteristics. The operator can type in paper for the application to adjust automatically.
Bottle status. Bottle status means that the paper is not square after folding. The bottle state changes with the folding mode and the binding mode. Make sure the application allows different changes to be entered to achieve the minimum bottle state.
Efficiency considers handling OPI and DCS files. Patching color files requires huge storage capacity and computing power. Each page (capacity) can reach a maximum of 60MB, an eight-pitch make-up can easily be up to 0.5GB, and using OPI and DCS files can make the imposition faster because the application does not require copying all the data, just for the placement of the OPI file.
Imaging performance. When the color prints are electronic, the program must be able to fully control the way the pages are output. There are many properties that can be used depending on the kao printing method. For ease of designation, the film may be either positive or negative and the emulsion may be in the upper or lower layer. The ability to select different development and screen lines and separation support is also necessary.
Printed mark. The placement and calibration of printed marks should be user-defined. Some stencils include printed indicia pre-arranged on the indicia map. Although the use of printed indicia is useful, a good imposition software sign is that it allows the operator to move the mark to where the particular press most needs to be marked. Not all printed logos are produced equally, nor are all printers like to use pre-defined printed logos. It is very important for printing production personnel to be able to create their own logos and apply them in the program.
Control tightening. Many presses have different types of plates that cling to the rollers. Due to this difference, operator control is required from the plate edge to the paper edge.
Electronic desk. This facility allows the producer to check on the display whether the back of the paper is suitable before printing. It reduces the amount of damage. It is also important for computer-to-plate systems because no one wants the press to be a proofing system.
The template platform is changeable. Many imposition software can be applied on both Macs and personal computers. Many prepress companies not only have only one computer devoted to make-up. In a complex platform environment, it becomes important to create templates that can be delivered to another platform without loss of functionality.
All of these properties or some of these defaults are quite important when you decide which software to choose for the workflow to understand. Another program feature may be interesting, but it may not be important to your business. The width of the programs found in the interactive interface, the workflow, and the final product are rarely considered.
No matter how you look at it, the ability to spell an electronic version is the last obstacle to running large format output devices and digital presses. Now that we have this technology, it will be an important triad: presses, imposition software applications, and output facilities.
Convert PDF files to TXT files
PDF is a common file format for e-books. However, because PDF files are inconvenient to read (it is necessary to install Acrobat to view it) and it is as few as several hundred K and as many as ten trillion, it is inconvenient to transmit on the Internet. We often hope to convert it into a text file. Format, but often can not start. In fact, this is not a difficult task.
First of all, we will introduce a software that can convert PDF files into TXT files - Aerial2.0.
We know that the tool for reading PDF files is Adobe's Acrobat reader software, and the Aero is a plug-in for Acrobat. After installing the Aerial, the "plug-ins" in the Acrobat reader's menu will have an additional "Aerial".
Aerial 2.0 provides us with powerful features for browsing PDF files:
1.index manager: index used to find and manage articles (it must have Acrobat Exchange);
2.navigator: set up a tree structure for PDF files to facilitate our browsing;
3.paper clip page: Clip page management (you must have Acrobat Exchange);
4.copy table to clipboard: copy the table to the clipboard;
5.save as RTF: This is what we need most. After the conversion, it not only retains the text, but also retains the font and color patterns!
However, Aerial is not a panacea. Its support for Chinese is not very good, the typesetting is sometimes confusing, and there is nothing to do when it comes to scanning a purely graphic PDF file. To convert 磗iéƒDF files into text files, it is relatively troublesome. The specific steps are as follows:
1. First open the PDF file with Acrobat, select the area, zoom in to 300% to 500% (as the case may be), and copy it to the clipboard.
2. Use the graphics software such as Photoshop or Photoimpact to call up the clipboard graphic and save it as a monochrome (note: be sure to monochrome) TIF, PCX or BMP file. The format of the graphic file depends on the OCR software you use. I recommend using BMP file save.
3. Using OCR software to identify graphic files (I use Wtocr7.0), after a simple typesetting correction, generally have more than 95% recognition rate. After your manual modification, it will be fine.
Of course, you can also find some plugins such as PDF2Html or PDF2Txt to meet your requirements
As the name suggests, the Sit Stand Desk is a table that can be raised and lowered, so the lifting function is the biggest feature of this Height Adjustable Table. The lifting column is up and down through the control of the control box. Therefore, the most important part of an Electric Adjustable Desk is the lifting column (including the motor), the control box, and the hand controller. Without one of these three parts, the lifting function cannot be realized. The two lifting columns of the Dual Motor Standing Desk are controlled by two motors, and the stability and fluency of the dual-motors are more prominent among similar products.
