Shanghai Toothpaste Factory Successfully Introduced Jielas Flexo Printing Machine

In May 2001, Heidelberg and the Shanghai Toothpaste Factory successfully signed a contract to purchase a Gallus flexo press. This is the second time since the two sides cooperated in 2000.

Shanghai Toothpaste Factory has been a leader in the national toothpaste industry. Through years of research on the market, they have discovered that the toothpaste industry has undergone major changes, and the traditional all-aluminum toothpaste tubes have gradually been replaced by composite aluminum plastic toothpaste tubes; new materials have placed further demands on printing. Shanghai Toothpaste Factory is also the first company in the toothpaste industry to get involved in the printing field. In order to adapt to the technological development trend and better connect with the international community, Shanghai Toothpaste Factory has conducted a detailed inspection of a number of well-known domestic and overseas suppliers of flexo equipment. Finally, the company chose the Vela EM260 flexible plate printer distributed by Heidelberg. In less than a year, the printing business volume of this factory rose rapidly. It is reported that the second WN260 will arrive in Shanghai in October this year for the installation test. We believe that the arrival of the WN260 will make the Shanghai toothpaste factory even more powerful, and the printing business will go a step further.
