In recent years, due to the improvement of the national economy, the demand for high-end packaging products has also increased. Aluminized materials are increasingly used in the packaging field because of their good properties.

The reason why aluminum-plated materials are so favored by the market is mainly due to the following reasons:

1、Aluminum plating material has a shiny metal feeling and decorative, very suitable for packaging materials

2. Aluminizing materials meet the national environmental protection policy;

3, the use of aluminum plating material can greatly reduce the cost of packaging (according to the relevant manufacturers, the cost can be reduced by about 10%);

4, when the package is not easy to curl, so that packaging is more convenient, and the packaging speed can be comparable with white cardboard, to a certain extent, improve the work efficiency.

In general, in the process of using vacuum aluminum plating materials, vacuum aluminum plating materials are suitable for offset printing, gravure printing, especially UV printing. Since the vacuum aluminum plating material is different from ordinary paper, the following problem should be noted in the printing process:

1. Vacuum aluminum-plated paper is not resistant to friction, so it is necessary to reduce the number of overprints and the speed should not be too fast;

2. The ink viscosity should be lowered to avoid affecting the composite effect of the product;

3, vacuum aluminum plating materials should not be stored for a long time, in order to prevent the product surface oxidation.

4, pay attention to the matching of printing ink and printing materials, use ordinary printing POP type fast drying ink;

5. The surface coating of aluminized paper is suitable for water-based paint;

6. The moisture content of aluminized paper should be controlled between 5% and 6%.
