The fourth set of equipment for the recovery and utilization of phosphoric acid waste heat, a major energy conservation and emission reduction project implemented by the Yichang Xingfa Group, was put into use last week. The company adopts a new process to recycle large amounts of heat generated during the production of phosphoric acid, which not only saves a lot of coal, but also reduces sulfur dioxide emissions and environmental pollution caused by coal slag and dust.

According to reports, in May of this year, after the introduction of the heat-process phosphoric acid waste heat recovery technology, Xingfa Group decided to retreat from the use of a fluidized bed boiler that was built last year and invested tens of millions of yuan, and invested more than 90 million yuan in the two plants of the Group's subsidiary. 4 sets of 240,000 tons thermal pyrophosphate reaction tower thermal energy utilization project.

After the implementation of the project, the steam production of a single boiler is more than 10 tons, which effectively meets the production requirements. It is understood that using the new technology, the group's four production lines can not only save 80,000 tons of standard coal annually, reduce material consumption by more than 13 million yuan, and can also reduce solid wastes such as waste coal ash, dust, and sulfur dioxide emissions by more than 40,000 tons per year.
