1. Dosage: 0.6% to 1.0 as dry pulp, 12-30 kg of finished product per ton.
2. Usage: When sizing, the slurry concentration is 2%, the amount of filler added is 20% (for absolute dry pulp), and the interval between glue addition and precipitant should be 10-20 minutes. The sizing sequence: Medium Sizing → precipitant → filler.

4, instructions for use:

B. When using this product, it must first be diluted with cold water to about 2%, and then gradually added to the slurry to make it evenly mixed. It is forbidden to use spray pump. (Note: Do not pour neutral sizing agents directly into the pulp, nor use deep water dilution).
C. Use the glue for the first time, use the material reducing method to adjust the process parameters, and the initial quantity should be 100% of the reference quantity so as to avoid affecting the normal production due to improper process debugging.
5. Determination of the amount of sizing agent and precipitant used in actual production.
The amount of raw materials in the first tank slurry is constant, and the parameters of each process point and various physical indexes of the paper are determined.
