Before the balance is installed, check whether the components are complete and intact according to the balance list of the balance; carefully clean all the components of the balance. When installing, you should refer to the balance's manual, assemble the balance correctly, and correct the level. After installation, you should check again whether the installation of each part is normal, and then check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements of the balance, and then plug the power plug.

When weighing the electronic balance, the control keys and function keys should be used correctly; select the best integration time, correctly grasp the reading and printing time to obtain the best weighing result. When weighing continuously with the tare key, pay attention to the overload of the balance. The balance door should be closed during the weighing process. Calibration should be carried out according to the specified procedures, otherwise it will not play the role of calibration. Before starting to use the electronic balance, it is required to turn it on in advance, that is, to warm up for half an hour to an hour. If you use it multiple times a day, it is best to leave the balance on all day. Due to the inconsistency between various environmental factors of the electronic balance and the required standard state, errors caused by changes in the measurement device and the measurement itself, such as errors caused by temperature, humidity, air pressure, vibration, electromagnetic fields, and light.
