Viscosity adjustment of printing lacquer: mix ferric oxide, titanium oxide, protein, anhydrous silicic acid, etc. with paint, mix thoroughly, seal for 4 ~ 5 days, the viscosity can be adjusted to about 500 poise, and can be used for printing Ink.
4. Drying and lacquering time of paint (ink). The drying of paint is greatly influenced by temperature and humidity. The optimal drying condition is 30 ~ 35 ℃, humidity 75% ~ 80%, and the lacquer time is proportional to the drying time. The greater the viscosity of the paint (ink), the faster the drying .
5. Printing accuracy. When the paint liquid for adjusting the paint (ink) is 65% or more or 40% or less, the printing conditions are not ideal. That is, when there is a lot of paint, the plate is not good, leaving traces of paint. Especially on the curved surface of the printing material, it can be clearly seen in the printing direction. In addition, when the paint liquid is low, the paint has poor fluidity, the printed pattern surface is unstable, and traces of net lines are left, especially when printing gold and silver powder. The screen mesh for plate making generally uses 250 ~ 300 mesh nylon mesh, and its precision is good. Because paint requires special drying conditions, it is not easy to block holes in the screen, and printing operability is good.
