Flexicon's Flexible Spiral Delivery Weighing System

China Packaging Network Compilation : Flexicon Corp announced a new weighing and dosing system designed for the head space area, equipped with a motor-driven flexible spiral conveyor belt, and the entire system includes eight low conveyors fed by roof-mounted storage containers. Each of the two incremental batching buckets is fed to the machine in groups of four and discharged from the middle layer to the ribbon mixer on the ground by gravity. The only contact material is the flexible spiral conveyor belt inside. The removable spiral conveyor belt and the inner wall of the tube are very smooth and free of cracks and can be thoroughly cleaned.
