3 Main factors affecting die-cutting quality
The die-cut quality must be controlled when using a die-cutting machine to machine shaped cartons. There are many factors that affect the quality of die-cutting, such as the choice of die cutters and indentation lines, product design and manufacturing processes, the type and operation of the die-cutting machine, and the technical level of the staff at each step. But as long as you master the principle of die-cutting process, many problems will be solved. From the above principle of die-cutting process, the main influencing factors of die-cutting quality are analyzed as follows:
â– Selection of die cutter
Die cutter has a single-sided, double-sided points, edge teeth, thread-like points, its thickness is also divided by 0.5mm-1.5mm specifications. Choosing the right model and specification of die cutter is the key to ensure die-cutting quality.
Choice of indentation line
As with the choice of die cutter, the choice of indentation line is also very critical, product indentation is not obvious or fracturing, is often caused by improper selection of indentation line. The choice method is:
1 The height of indentation line has a variety of specifications, and it should be selected according to the thickness of the indentation board. (Note that for corrugated board, the thickness of the corrugated board should be measured and flattened).
Generally should follow the formula:
Indentation Line Height Two Die Cutter Height - The thickness of the indented cardboard
2 In the selection of the thickness of the indentation line should generally follow: Indentation line thickness is greater than or equal to the thickness of the cardboard.
3 For different thicknesses of paperboard, suppliers provide indentation line selection standards; for reference, but in practical applications can not be rigidly applied, but to be flexible.
The choice of silicone rubber (commonly known as sponge rubber)
Sponge rubber directly affects the speed and quality of die-cutting in the die-cutting process. If it is used improperly, it will result in more paper, trimming, and unsmoothing of the product. The rational choice and use method is:
1 Hardness of sponge selection. Generally, the hardness of the sponge used on both sides of the embedded knife line is 35HS to 40HS; in the narrow place, a strip with a higher hardness is generally used, and the general hardness is 60HS.
(2) Sponge height selection. Usually the sponge rubber should be 2mm higher than the blade peak; the harder rubber strip placed in the narrow place should be 0.5mm higher than the blade edge.
3 When placing sponge glue, it should be continuously affixed to both sides of the embedded knife line, generally 1mm away from the knife line.
â– Adjustment of layout pressure
The proper pressure makes the cut edge of the finished product clean and hair free, easy to remove the waste edge, and the die cutter is not easy to wear. First, roughly adjust the pressure of the machine. , Under the steel plate under the pad, after the test pressure observed at the edge of the edge of the waste is easy to separate, in the absence of separation at the local pad, so that the plate surface pressure of each die cutter uniform, balance and then gradually increase the pressure of the machine. The pressure of the indentation line depends on factors such as the thickness and height of the indentation line. The ideal pressure needs to be pressed out for inspection.
In summary, the structure and process of the shaped corrugated box are different from the ordinary carton. In the design of the structure must take into account the impact of the special structure on the carton forming and strength, as well as the requirements of the die-cutting process on the structural form and design dimensions. Shaped corrugated cardboard boxes are often processed using die cutters. When using die-cutting equipment for special-shaped corrugated cardboard boxes, special attention should be paid to the selection of die cutters and indentation lines, the selection and use of sponge rubber, and the adjustment of layout pressure, etc. The main factor of quality.

Global Corrugated Paper Box Industry
A toilet is a piece of sanitary hardware that collects human urine and feces, and sometimes toilet paper, usually for disposal. Flush toilets use water, while dry or non-flush toilets do not. They can be designed for a sitting position popular in Europe and North America with a toilet seat, with additional considerations for those with disabilities, or for a squatting posture more popular in Asia (see squat toilet). In urban areas, flush toilets are usually connected to a sewer system that leads to septic tanks in isolated areas. The waste is known as blackwater and the combined effluent including other sources is sewage. Dry toilets are connected to a pit, removable container, composting chamber, or other storage and treatment device, including urine diversion with a urine-diverting toilet.
