1. The origin of the electronic supervision code
The electronic supervision code is an important instruction for the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine to implement the electronic supervision of production products by the leaders of the State Council. It has established a Chinese product quality electronic supervision network to implement electronic supervision on enterprise products.
China Product Quality Electronic Supervision Network starts from the source and assigns a unique electronic ID card, that is, a supervision code, to each product produced by a network-connected enterprise in the commodity production process.
Its main features are: one product and one yard. Each product of the manufacturing enterprise is given a unique electronic supervision code.
2. Supervisory code representation
Taking 00000144000000918388 commodity supervision code as an example, the supervision code automatically generated by the barcode generator is shown in the figure.
3. Regulatory code bar code standard
Barcode type: code 128c code bar code number of digits: 20-bit supervisory code bar code minimum width: it is recommended to use 10mils (when the minimum module width is 10mils, the bar code width is 42.5mm)
Barcode height: ≥8mm
Barcode quality: Appearance inspection: no deinking, stains, or broken lines in bar code printing; the width of the blank area is not less than the specified width of this technical specification. Symbol quality: use a bar code detector with graded detection function to detect the bar code, the symbol quality level is above C1.5 level.
Blank area on both sides of barcode: ≥1.5mm
